Our goal is to provide you with crucial, high-quality information to help you improve your practice at home. Home practice with a good guide is the most beneficial way to grow and evolve in Yoga.
Our on-demand Yoga Programs are packages that include video tutorials, lectures, written reference material, self-assessment modules, and a progressive schedule. It includes all of the information and resources you’ll need to practice Yoga autonomously and acquire deeper knowledge.

The Core Dimensions of Ashtanga Yoga

This is a full immersion in Ashtanga Yoga. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner of another yoga technique, this complete course will provide you with an in-depth knowledge of the core dimensions of Ashtanga Yoga. It consists of six modules that you can do independently or simultaneously. There are concepts in theory and practical knowledge that can help you gain a better and more profound understanding of this amazing practice.

The Awakening of the heart

In our quest for mental clarity and balance through Yoga, we often focus on taming and stabilizing the mind. However, what if we shifted our attention inward to the profound wisdom of our heart? In this transformative workshop, we invite you to explore the untapped potential of your heart-brain connection. Our hearts hold a deep reservoir of memories, emotions, and feelings, some of which we may have repressed due to their intensity. This course is designed to help you unlock and listen to this inner voice that already knows what you need to hear. We will create a warm, safe, and cozy space for you to fully engage in this journey. Through a blend of Asana Practice, Meditation, and Pranayama, we will delve into the four essential qualities of the heart: Love, Compassion, Joy, and Peace. These are not just abstract concepts but practical gifts that you can cultivate, activate, and nurture within yourself. By opening your heart, you will alleviate suffering and invite more joy into your life. By the end of this course, you will experience a profound sense of calm and happiness. You’ll carry these practices forward, integrating them into your daily life and yoga practice, making this a lasting and cherished experience.

Meet your Teacher

The first picture, from the left is my favorite photo ever. I was in Tibet thinking everything was a mess. Cold, sunny, and exhausted! When I met these two beautiful women, they were going through the same thing I was, but they were so happy while I was going crazy in my head. They ask me to take a picture.  When I look at them, I can’t saw any difference between us. We’re exactly the same. I just felt love at that moment, and I didn’t feel any different from any other woman in the world. As soon as they both smile at me, their happiness makes me smile back, and I start to cry from the overwhelming love and care I felt from them, this gives me the strength to keep going on my journey, with a smile and happy heart! I hope, we can all feel inspired to do the same, support each other in our path. This was a great lesson in life!
