These offerings come from twenty-six years of practice and five years of philosophy at the Sorbonne. They are built around three threads that run through every class I teach: precision that feels like care, not correction. Philosophy as a living inquiry, not a module. And a presence that does not rush past the moment where the real learning happens.
Study with Me
Ashtanga 200-Hour Teacher Training
A full immersion into the Ashtanga tradition, taught with the precision I learned from Maty Ezraty and the beginner’s mind I continue to learn from Chuck Miller.
You will learn the Primary Series. But more than that, you will learn to look at a body and understand what it is telling you. You will study philosophy not as history, but as a tool for examining your own assumptions about practice, teaching, and what yoga is for.
This training is for practitioners who want to teach. It is also for teachers, from any tradition, who want to explore the Primary Series with fresh eyes and a beginner’s mind.
Philosophy Studies
The Yoga Sutras are not a museum piece. In this course we read them as tools for examining what we believe and why. We sit with the questions that do not resolve neatly. You will leave with a relationship to the texts that is yours, not borrowed from a teacher or a textbook.
No prior study required. Just a willingness to examine what you think you know.
Ashtanga Deep Studies
Shorter immersions for practitioners who are not ready for a full teacher training but want to go deeper than a regular class allows. Each study focuses on one aspect of the practice: the breath, the bandhas, the philosophy behind a specific section of the Primary Series, the art of seeing a student.
They are invitations to slow down and stay with something until it reveals what you had not noticed before.
Work with Me
The programs above are structured journeys. What follows is for those who need something more tailored. A one-on-one relationship. A training designed for your team. A collaboration built around a specific project or event.
Private Classes
For practitioners who want individual guidance. These sessions are built entirely around where you are right now. Your practice, your questions, your body.
Some students come with a specific goal. Others come because they have been practicing alone and need a teacher who can see what they cannot see in themselves. We move at your pace. We stay with what needs attention.
Enterprise
Yoga and mindfulness training designed for teams. The approach is the same I bring to every class: precision, inquiry, and presence. Adapted to the context of people who sit at desks and carry stress in their shoulders.
Every engagement is built around the needs of the organization. Write to me and we will shape something that fits.
Events and Collaborations
Guest teaching. Workshops. Retreats. Conversations about philosophy and practice. If you are organizing an event and you think my teaching belongs there, I would love to hear about it.
If you are unsure which offering fits where you are right now, write to me. Not through a form. A real email. I will answer.
