Hatha Yoga Deep Studies
Embodying the 8 principles of practice
A journey into breath, alignment and conscious presence
This course is born from the teachings I received over many years of study with my beloved teacher, Dona Holleman. I had the joy and the honor of completing her full training path from the foundational level to the advanced through deep personal practice and close mentorship. What I share here is a continuation of that living tradition, offered with respect, clarity, and love, just as it was given to me.
