mAKE THIS WORLD better Listening without sound

By Nature there is no difference between us

There is something we all share
before we even begin to explain who we are.

Before the name.
Before the story.
Before everything we have learned to call “me”.

We breathe.
We feel.
We move through life
touched by the same invisible currents.

Joy.
Fear.
Love.
Loss.

Different forms,
same movement.

And yet,
we spend so much time
focusing on what separates us.

This body and that body.
This life and that life.
This path and that path.

From there,
difference feels real.
Sometimes even heavy.

But what if
it depends on where we are looking from?

What if the distance we feel
is not in what we are,
but in how we see?

Yoga does not try to erase differences.

It invites a shift.

A quiet return
to something more simple,
more immediate.

The breath.
The body.
The fact of being here.

And sometimes,
in those moments

when nothing needs to be fixed,
nothing needs to be controlled,
nothing needs to become

something subtle appears:

A sense that underneath everything,
there is no real separation.

Not as an idea.
Not as something to believe.

But as something you can feel.

Like waves in the ocean

each one different in shape,
in rhythm,
in direction

and yet,
Never separate from the water.

So maybe the practice is not
to erase our differences.

But to see them
without forgetting what we share.

To live our own path, fully,
while remembering quietly

that by nature,

There is no difference between us.
